“Protects your eyes”
The silicone skirt surrounding the eyes protects the eyes by blocking the intrusion of toxic welding fumes and backlight.
“Reduces fatigue even during long working hours”
It is about 40% lighter than existing welding helmets, reducing neck and shoulder pain and fatigue during work.
Its compact size allows you to work safely in small and confined spaces.
It is highly convenient for moving around the workplace and working at heights.
“Wide field of view and natural colors make it easier on the eyes”
Eliminate narrow vision and stuffiness with the wide LCD screen.
Applying a natural color filter makes objects appear brighter and clearer.
“Faster and more powerful with ultra-fast RF & photo dual sensor”
The built-in RF sensor detects high frequencies generated by the
welder and quickly and stably blocks the arc.
In particular, the auto-darkening speed is fast in low-current TIG welding.
Prevents opening due to malfunction of photo sensor during welding.
RF sensors enable stable welding even in environments where the photo sensor is obscured by a structure, such as mirror welding.
“Compatible with various work environments”
The combination of automatic welding goggles and a clip shield for spatter protection allows it to be used in a wide range of environments.
You can wear a safety helmet using a safety helmet adapter.
The flash holder makes it easy to install the LED flash.
It is possible to wear a dust mask and glasses.
Only glasses with a total width of less than 140 mm can be worn.
"Welding is basic!
Grinding, cutting, and even fiber laser welding are possible.”
You can grind by simply using the grind button.
Cutting and fiber laser welding are also possible when
using shade #5~#8.
Arcshield 2 Air is a product that turns on automatically
without pressing the power button.
The power turns off automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.
This function checks the blinking of the welding filter by lightly pressing the grind button so that you can check whether it is working before use.
Additionally, you can press the grind button and the LED indicator inside will turn on, allowing you to grind.
This function switches to welding mode when the LED indicator turns off by pressing the button again.
Shade can be adjusted to 9 levels from 5 to 13 according to the welding environment, such as welding type and current (welding ARC) intensity.
(Cutting/welding mode switching: Mode switching when pressing the Shade button for 2 seconds)
This function adjusts the sensitivity level in 5 levels.
Depending on the welding environment, sensitivity can be adjusted using the two built-in photo sensors and RF sensor to achieve the best welding performance.
Additionally, welding becomes more convenient as it is filtered to prevent interference from ambient light or indirect welding arc.
RF(X) mode
The built-in RF sensor detects high frequencies generated by the welder and quickly and stably blocks the arc.
In particular, the auto-darkening speed is fast in low-current TIG welding.
Prevents opening due to malfunction of photo sensor during welding.
RF sensors enable stable welding even in environments where the photo sensor is obscured by a structure, such as mirror welding.
This function adjusts the speed at which the dark state welding filter changes to the light state in 7 steps.
The speed can be changed sequentially from 1 (fast) to 7 (slow).
